Bullet Rogan - Class of 1998
Though a small man, Bullet Joe Rogan threw a devastating fastball. He complemented it with a dizzying array of other pitches, using a no-windup delivery to throw forkballs, palmballs, spitballs and curves. Rogan didn't begin his pro career until he was 30.
