How does my Hall of Fame Membership help the Hall of Fame fulfill its mission?
Your Hall of Fame Membership helps us fulfill our mission of preserving history, honoring excellence, and connecting generations in several ways. Membership helps fund our educational programs, which reach millions of students each year. It also helps us preserve artifacts in our collection. For example, it can cost as much as $100 to have one scrapbook in the collection treated so that the photos and newspaper clippings will be saved for generations to enjoy. In addition, your Membership helps fund the general costs associated with running the Hall of Fame and Museum and all the programs (more than 300 each year) that take place there.
How do I learn about donating an artifact?
The Hall of Fame does not purchase any artifacts for its collections. Only through the generosity of baseball fans is the Hall of Fame able to tell the game's stories. By donating an artifact, you help us fulfill our mission of preserving history, honoring excellence, and connecting generations. Learn more about donating an artifact.
